| A. Three-Tier System Deemed Essential
To clarify, all entities licensed by the NYS Liquor Authority, including liquor stores, are deemed essential businesses which means you do not have to reduce your workforce and you may remain open. The three-tier system of alcohol distribution is open for business. |
| Q. How long does Ground Shipping take? |
|
| A. We typically ship out within 1 business day of receiving your order on Sunday-Thursday. Orders placed Friday and Saturday will usually ship on Monday, but can take up to 3 business days due to high demand or, the holiday season. Ground Shipments to NYS are usually delivered within 1-3 days of leaving our store. You can use the tracking number that you have received for your order to check your package delivery time.
Please note that we may hold or delay shipment of your package if extreme cold or hot weather occurs. If you have a time sensitive package, please feel free to contact us at 718-832-2111 to discuss shipping options. |
| Q. Do you offer Free Shipping ? |

| A. Yes, we are currently offering Free Ground Shipping inside NYS for (1-12 bottles of wine) orders $150 or more, for bottle sizes 375ml and 750ml only. For orders between 13-24 bottles, your order must be over $300 in order to qualify for free shipping. Please call for shipping cost on larger size bottles or larger orders.
For States that we ship to outside NY we offer $20 Flate Rate Ground Shipping for 6-12 bottles (maximum of 12 bottles per offer) of wine orders $175 or more, for bottle sizes 375ml and 750ml. Use Promotion Code SHIPUS20 |
