Atzei Saragat- Cannonau di Sardegna Sardinia, Italy 2020 (750ml)

In the glass, a dark ruby color. On the nose, hints of black cherry, blackberry, and vanilla with a subtle touch of black pepper. On the palate, flavors of cranberry, plum, and ripe strawberry, accompanied by notes of blackcurrant, violet, and dried herbs. A full-medium bodied, red wine, with velvetty tannins and balanced acidity. 

It pairs well with lasagne, grilled meats, and aged cheeses.
