We are currently offering Free Ground Shipping within NYS for wine orders $175 or more (pre tax), for bottle sizes 375ml and 750ml only.

Terms of Sale

By placing an order for wine, the buyer represents and warrants that they are at least 21 years of age, and that they will be responsible for the shipment of this wine being received by a person at least 21 years of age. All deliveries require an adult signature.

If wine is shipped to you, we contract with a 3rd party carrier who will ship wine that you have already purchased. Ownership of any Wine that Saint Marks Vintners Inc. d.b.a. Greenwood Grape & Still sells changes hands at the time of purchase in the state of New York and is subject to sales tax in this state. Title to, and ownership of, all alcoholic beverages passes from Greenwood Grape & Still to buyer in the State of New York, which is why we charge New York sales tax on your order. By requesting that your wine be shipped to you, you are authorizing us to engage a common carrier to deliver your wine on your behalf. Saint Marks Vintners Inc. d.b.a. Greenwood Grape & Still is not responsible for any breakage or damage of wine by said common carrier. WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATION TO THE LEGAL RIGHTS OF ANYONE TO SHIP OR IMPORT WINES INTO ANY STATES OUTSIDE OF NEW YORK. You, the buyer, are solely responsible for shipment of alcoholic beverage products and assume all obligations for compliance with your state's laws. By placing an order, you authorize us to act on your behalf in arranging for transportation of the wine at your direction and represent and warrant that such sale and transportation are for your personal use and comply with all applicable laws, rules and regulations including of your selected destination. Alternatively, you may choose to pick up the wine at our location or make independent delivery arrangements.

If Greenwood Grape & Still for any reason, is unable to fulfill its obligations to the buyer, Greenwood Grape & Still's sole obligation and the buyer's sole recourse shall be a refund of the purchase price.

Greenwood Grape & Still makes no warranty, expressed or implied, about the wine being sold except that Greenwood Grape & Still is conveying clear title to the wine and, to Greenwood Grape & Still's knowledge, the wine is what its label describes it to be. Specifically, because wine by its nature is subject to change in the bottle over time, Greenwood Grape & Still makes no warranty or guaranty of the quality or drinkability of any wine sold.

THE WARRANTIES SPECIFIED IN THIS CONTRACT ARE IN LIEU OF ANY AND ALL OTHER WARRANTIES, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ANY WARRANTY OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE.

This contract is entered into in New York and shall be enforceable there under the laws of that State.

All goods are supplied from New York and must be paid for in full prior to delivery. Thus, all goods are sold in New York and title passes to the buyer in New York. All shipping costs, including insurance, are to be paid by the buyer. New York sales tax is payable on all taxable goods delivered in New York.

Out of State Shipping:

Greenwood Grape & Still uses Common Carrier Ground Shipping on all packages unless otherwise specified. We are prohibited from shipping spirits outside of New York State. We apologize for any inconvenience to our out of state customers. Please call us for further questions or for shipping alternatives.
