In the glass, a medium purple color. On the nose, aromas of ripe raspberies and rose petals with hints of violets and crushed stone. On the palate, flavors of blackberries, black cherry. This wine has bright acidity and smooth tannins. 

It pairs beautifully with hard cheeses, cured meats, and red meats, such as steak au poivre.
