Cune - Monopole Rioja Blanco 2022 (750ml)

Born in 1879, CVNE (pronounced "Cune") is now run by its fifth generation of winemakers. Their entry-level white, made entirely from the region's prized Viura grape, is an excellent example of the region's white wines. Bone-dry and nicely textured, despite never touching an oak vessel, the Monopole carries the freshness of small white flowers, crisp orchard fruit, and citrus. For pairing options, look to lighter seafood and fish dishes.
