De Ladoucette - Pouilly Fume, France 2022 (750ml)

The De Ladoucette estate dates back to the eighteenth century and has some of the most extensive and famous vineyards in the Pouilly-Fume appellation. This wine is aged exclusively in stainless steel tanks and kept there on the lees for a total of eight months. Aromas of white flowers and exotic fruits. The rich mouthfeel is balanced by a bright acidity that gives it an elegant solid structure. Finishes long with complex lingering notes of dried herbs. An excellent companion to shellfish and light fishes.
