Producer Tasting Notes: Masculine wine of high extract, great structure and ageing potential. Intense black fruit on the nose, along with a note of dry hay and leather. Full-bodied with ample acidity and tannin to support the deep fruit of plum, figs, blueberry and earthy notes of the palate.
Serve at cellar temperature, allow to breathe and enjoy with lamb, beef, aged cheeses as well as inky, oily seafood and fish.
