Fort Hamilton -Single Barrel Rye Whiskey (750ml)

Fort Hamilton Rye is a small batch whiskey that is made in the old North American tradition of only using rye, barley, yeast and water make up its mash bill. Distinctive thanks to being stored in heavily charred American white oak barrels, non-chill filtered and aged along the Brooklyn water front of Industry City in rooms that stay heated throughout the winter for consistency in the final product. The end result is a super smooth, full and robust Rye whiskey thanks to the lower proof barreling which lends more emphasis on the grain rather than barrel for flavor.
