Sipsmith London Dry Gin (750ml)

One of the last four London Dry gins that is still made in London, proper!  Created in 2009 with the desire to see gin production return to the city where it earned its name, they use very traditional methods using traditional copper pot distillation with a recipe that wouldn't look unfamiliar to an eighteenth century Master Distiller. Some of their secrets to this award winning gin is soaking the juniper berries overnight in warmed spirit to release their essential oils. Before imbibing you'll notice floral notes and zesty, citrus freshness. Once on the palate you'll experience dry juniper, lemon tart and orange marmalade.
