Made with 100% locally sourced New York grains. This bourbon has beautiful notes of candied fruits, honey and sweet spices. The silky smoothness is enhanced by the char from 3 years spent in the barrel.
Distilled from a mash of 70% Corn, 25% Wheat and 5% Malted Barley.
Aged 3 years in New #3 Charred American Oak Barrels at 90 Proof.
