The Applicant Malbec - Valle Central, Chile 2024 (750ml)

In the glass, an intense purple color. On the nose, notes of ripe black fruit, including fig, prune, and blackberry with subtle hints of vanilla and spice. On the palate, flavors of red plum, black currant, and brambleberries. A medium-full bodied red wine with robust tannins and pronounced acidity.

It pairs well with melted blue cheese, grilled meats, and mushroom dishes.
