Israel's answer to the apéritif/digestif craze! Two brothers in Tel Aviv are responsible for this unfiltered, all-natural liqueur. Subtly sweet (more "balanced" than sweet, per se) with gentle bitterness, it's infused with a number of botanicals, among them lemons, ginger, turmeric, clove, cumin, saffron, anise, mint, as well as several flowers and tree extracts. It's simultaneously warming, refreshing, and deliciously complex, making for a super-versatile addition to your spritz, a fun bar addition to experiment with, or chilled shot as it was originally made!
