Zari Dino - Il Santo , Italy (750ml)

Just like a Vin Santo except it's not aged as long as Vin Santo and therefore cannot have "Vin Santo" designation. A dessert wine where the grapes are left to dry through the winter after harvest before pressing.

A classic fortified wine, clear amber color in the glass, on the nose spice, fruit aromatics, on the palate notes of dried fig and prune.  Fantastic to pair with your favorite biscotti !
