Bodegas Nexus & Frontaura 'Pisarrosas' Ribera del Duero, Spain 2019

In the glass, an intense garnet color with ruby tones. On the nose, aromas of balsamic red fruit, hints of roses, and dried fruits with toasted notes. On the palate, notes of red cherry, dried fig, black licorice and spices with a slight hint of dill. A slightly saline, mineral driven, and balanced red wine with silky tannins.

It pairs well with roasts, stews, Iberian charcuterie and cheese.
