In the glass, a yellow-gold color with straw tints. On the nose, stone fruit and floral aromas. On the palate, apricot and earthy notes with some minerality. A medium bodied wine with moderate acidity. Drier than the classic oily Viognier.
It pairs beautifully with a variety of dishes, including poultry, fish, and green salads.
