The 2025 Pinot Grigio is alive with aromas and flavors of white peach, granny smith apples, pears, citrus fruit, and on the palate a touch of smoke and salty, chalky minerality.                                                                        This is a lovely dry white wine, crisp, clean, alluring and focused with loads of personality.

Pair with fish, shellfish (especially fried), sheep's milk cheeses, zucchini frittatas, light chicken dishes, pastas and charcuterie.
