This wine sees up to three months of fermentation on the skins and aging in botti grandi, the Damijan 2020 Collio Ribolla Gialla bouquet does have sweet aromas of honey-coated almond and dried apricot. The wine's orange appearance is slightly more saturated in this wine, and you get a clearer taste of the white wine tannins in this bottle. They feel dry and powdery, and there is a hint of white pepper on the close of this pretty wine
