Ripe peach, guava, mango, and kiwi notes on the nose carry into a surprisingly refreshing, zesty palate. Compelling on its own, this also makes a good pairing for vegetables that can be tricky to match (such as artichokes), or most white meat dishes.
Domaine de Maubet focuses on creating their wines in a way that is respectful to the grapes and the environment. All vineyard work is done by hand, and as little additives as possible are used.
