In the glass, ruby red in color. On the nose, aromas of dark berries accompanied by moderate hints of wood and earth. On the palate, very rich with notes of red and black cherry. A medium bodied wine with mature tannins.
Pairs well with Les Rognons de Veau à la Dijonnaise, Ragoût de Veau, and Boeuf Bourguignon.
