Domaine Sicera is located at Eturqueraye, in the heart of Normandy, where the Caillouel family has been producing cider and Calvados since the mid-1800’s. Their newly arrived “Odette” Perry which is comprised of 3 pear varieties, De Cloche, Plant de Blanc, and Poire de Grise, shows wonderful fresh fruit and white flower aromas with subtle sweetness and persistent bubbles.
