In the glass, pale yellow in color. On the nose, tropical and citrus fruit aromas with a hint of minerality. On the palate, notes of peach, apricot, and grapefruit. A fresh and crispy wine with well-balanced acidity. 

Pairs well with grilled fish or sushi and sashimi, white meat, and creamy cheeses like mozzarella or burrata.
