In the glass, a pale yellow color. On the nose, very clean with aromas of apricot, pineapple, and zesty citrus notes, including lemon and grapefruit, followed by a subtleties of almond. On the palate, creamy and refreshing with flavors of crisp green apple, peach, and pineapple. A medium bodied, bright, sparkling wine, with fine bubbles and a savory finish.

Pairs well with agen and armagnac stuffed roasted goose, herb roasted capon, and soft cheeses such as Brie and Camembert.
