• Ripe cherries harvested in June are immediately crushed and placed in stainless steel tanks to ferment for about 12 days at precisely 19 °C (66.2 °F)
• Distilled twice in a Christian Carl copper pot still
• Rested for a minimum of 3 years in stainless steel
• Red cherry, watermelon rind, rose, and nutmeg are prominently displayed from the nose through the palate with the addition of a bit of marzipan confection on a surprisingly vibrant and spritely, fruity, floral finish
• 41.5% ABV

It takes 10.5 kg (over 23 lbs) of cherries to produce a single liter of Hans Reisetbauer Cherry Eau-de-Vie. This kirshwasser style eau-de-vie is as delicious as it is versatile—perfect for slipping into cocktails!
