Jameson 80 - Irish Whiskey (750ml)

Arguably the most well-known of Irish whiskeys, Jameson has been in production since 1780. It's triple-distilled rather than the usual two distillations, leading it to a lighter and cleaner profile. Floral honey notes, pear, ripe peach, and a hint of fresh herbs comprise the nose. The palate is fruit-driven with white peach, apricot compote, vanilla, and lemon with a bit of caramel and spice on the finish. Even-keeled and easy-drinking, it's as welcome in a standard cocktail as it is on its own or on the rocks.
