Product Details
Pale yellow color with light greenish reflections. Its nose has a great intensity showing white flowers (acacia) notes and some pear as well. Its mouth is mineral, saline and crispy with a sparkle, developing citrus notes before rounding itself off.
Organically farmed, natural yeast fermentation in concrete tanks, aged on the lees for 7 months, 12% abv.
