Aged for three plus years in American Oak, French Limousin oak and Sherry casks, this remarkable spirit is imbued with notes of Lychee, edamame, pea shoots, green apple, hints of orange, lemon grass as well as lemon candies and some piquant spice are all balanced with hints of creamy vanilla and peppercorn oak.
