Myburgh Bros - Chenin Blanc - Paarl, South Africa 2024 (750ml)

In the glass, pale amber in color. On the nose, aromas of ripe stone fruit including white peach and hints of citrus, with floral undertones. On the palate, flavors of crisp, yellow apple followed by notes of honeysuckle and quince. A medium to full bodied wine with bright acidity, minerality, and a round texture.

It pairs well with lemongrass and ginger fish croquettes, crab croquettes, or Manchego cheese with quince paste.
