Small-batch distillers Yoni Rabino and Noah Braunstein produce this entirely local Bourbon with just as much dedication and care as the pour into their apple-based spirits. This time, a mash bill of 60% corn, 20% winter wheat, and 20% malted barley is milled, mashed, and fermented on-site before a 2-year rest in newly charred American oak. By turns rich, clean, and direct with notes of caramel and toasty oak, it's a delicious example of local craft.
