In the glass, a clear and bright yellow hue. On the nose, aromas of green pear, white flowers, and mountain herbs. On the palate, flavors reminiscent of pristine alpine water with floral notes and hints of ripe peach and pear. A light-bodied wine that is dry and crisp with a round mouthfeel. Organically farmed.
It pairs excellently with light seafood dishes, fresh salads with cream dressings, and soft cheeses.
