The Walcher family has been producing spirits in Alto Adige since 1966, when Alfons Walcher began distilling specialty spirits in the cellar of the family farm, Turmbachhof. Now Alfons's two sons run Walcher, and have been working to implement sustainable and organic practices across their production.
The Rondo Spritz is an organic take on the classic Italian bitter: organic neutral wheat spirit, infused with gentian, rhubarb, wormwood, organic cane sugar, organic Sicilian lemon juice, and organic elderberry extract.
